Management Team

Jens Kollat

has 30 years experience in national and international media management, nearly one third of which he spent in media at Procter & Gamble, the world’s largest advertiser. During his time there, he held senior positions in Asia and later at the European headquarters. Since the founding of Kollat Media Team, more than 80 well-known advertisers have been supported across diverse areas of media management.

Dr. Lars Kelp

has 15 years experience in international marketing and media management at Procter & Gamble, most recently as Head of Media and Brand Operations in Central Europe South (until 2007) and South & East Africa (until 2010). As member of several global task force teams, he helped to develop and continuously improve fundamental media and communication models for Procter & Gamble.

David Linn

has over 30 years experience in the media and agency world. He began in the TV department of a London full-service agency and moved at the end of the eighties to the predecessor of Aegis Media. There he later became Managing Director responsible for all media buying and planning support in Germany (until 2006). After this he was involved in an Online Start-up until 2009.

Karsten Kollat

has held leadership positions for over 20 years at Siemens, Fujitsu, and most recently at Deutsche Telekom, working successfully both nationally and internationally. Since 2025, he has been contributing his extensive experience, particularly in the audit field, to KoMeT. Since 2017, he has been responsible, among other things, for marketing, sales, and strategy audits at Telekom Deutschland and the Group headquarters. In addition, he has held Chief Audit Executive roles at T-Mobile Netherlands and T-Mobile Austria and has been involved in finance and audit committees.
